About Atly
Atly is a European business communication infrastructure platform. It connects a company's existing or new phone number to voice, SMS, WhatsApp, email, calendar, forwarding, web calling, APIs, AI and automation.
Businesses describe what they need, and Atly recommends the communication infrastructure that fits their country, number type, channels and workflows. Atly is provider-agnostic and can orchestrate communication infrastructure from multiple CPaaS providers.
What Atly connects
- Company phone number — buy a new Atly SKU or forward an existing number
- Channels — voice, SMS, WhatsApp, email, calendar, Messenger (where supported)
- Work output — jobs, appointments, approved replies, internal team chat
- Automation — AI drafts; humans approve before customer-facing sends
Atly is not
- A telecom carrier or mobile network operator
- A traditional call center or desk-phone product
- A CRM or ERP replacement
- A simple VoIP phone system you configure with SIP credentials
- An AI that calls or messages customers without human approval
Atly is
- A communication infrastructure layer between your business and CPaaS providers
- Provider abstraction — you buy Atly SKUs, not Twilio or Telnyx accounts
- An AI communication architect that helps you choose and set up the right number and channels
- Communication automation with human-in-the-loop approval by default
- A programmable business number connected to inbox, calendar and work queue
Channels — honest note
WhatsApp is available on Atly company numbers. Voice and SMS depend on the capabilities of the purchased number SKU — not every number supports all three channels. Some countries may need two SKUs (for example mobile for SMS and WhatsApp plus a local number for voice).
Provider model
Atly runs a SKU marketplace over live Twilio and Telnyx catalogs. The Provider Engine scores options deterministically by country, channel needs, porting, regulatory fit and cost. Customers never manage raw provider dashboards.
Trust and compliance
Atly is operated by AtlyTech s.r.o. (Czech Republic). Customer data stays in EU-oriented infrastructure. AI processes content to draft in the product — not to train public foundation models. See our [Trust page](/trust) for details.
